Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and sealed in their original condition.

We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Trading card game (TCG) products — including booster boxes, packs, and sealed sets — are strictly non-refundable once delivered due to their collectible nature.
