RETURN & REFUND POLICY - At The Moment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help please contact us at cs@strikesstore.com and we will see what we can do to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging to be eligible.

Return Shipping

• If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item — we cover return shipping costs.
• If you've changed your mind — return shipping is at your cost.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items 

Some Items cannot be returned that have been opened, used, or are not in their original sealed condition cannot be returned unless faulty.
